The Alturus team has a strong track record of accelerating markets through innovative structuring and process improvements in the clean energy sector.
In their prior venture, the Alturus founders created the standard contract for corporate offsite renewables procurement and brokered some of the largest early VPPAs in the industry, which led to massive increase in utilization of renewables by the F1000. Through our roots in the corporate energy and sustainability, we have unparalleled experience in:
Providing operating leverage to corporate energy, sustainability, treasury and procurement professionals by acting as an extension of their team and taking on large initiatives
Working closely with C-Suite executives to streamline complex energy related contract structures into standardized, approved solutions
Navigating complex stakeholder considerations, corporate procurement policies, financial reporting issues, internal approval processes and bottlenecks within customer organizations
Structuring solutions that meet stringent operating, accounting, and capital requirements
Identifying and capturing large energy opportunities for F1000 clients that have enterprise-level cost and carbon impacts
Alturus is partnered with Generate Capital to invest in sustainable infrastructure projects. The partnership provides Alturus with up to $600 million to be deployed into energy efficiency, onsite generation and storage solutions for its customers.
